We are looking for a Sr. Oracle professional. We have a number of clients migrating from Sybase to Oracle. These clients are located throughout the continental United States. Although portions of each project must be completed at the client location, much of the work can be completed remotely.

Key areas of responsibility are as follows:

• Migrate Sybase Transact-SQL procedures to Oracle PL/SQL packages and procedures
• Assist with the migration of Sybase data to an Oracle 10g environment
• Migrate existing PowerBuilder and InfoMaker reports to Crystal Reports
• Provide customization to Advance Web Access

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing PL/SQL packages and procedures
• Experience migrating data to Oracle using SQL Loader and SQL Developer is a plus
• Experience with Crystal Reports and/or Reporting Services is a plus
• Experience with Sybase is a plus
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Off-hours availability may be required
• Frequent travel will be necessary
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related business area is preferred
